I used a heat gun to cut around the edges to make the cutout shape and then sttich around the border to atttach it. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTHERE ARE NO written instructions on how to make these into a cut out. There are many tutorials on YouTube to show how you to create the final product.
